SM City Sucat kick-offs an out of this world Christmas!


There is something about Christmas-time that seems almost magical with the feeling that everyone comes together. 

Through the years, SM Supermalls has been steadfast with making sure that the magic of Christmas can be felt in many exciting ways. And as the festive season is fast approaching, SM City Sucat has prepared an out of this world feels this year through the launch of its “Robocarnival: An Out Of This World Christmas”, a Grand and Galaxy Christmas campaign that will run from November 10 to January 6 at the Atrium A. 


The official “space” launch of the Robocarnival Christmas happened last November 10, 6pm at the Atrium A. 


This grand launch was hosted by Vince Velasco of ABS-CBN Sports and Jason Dy of The Voice Philippines Season 2 was the main guest performer. 


The event was well attended by some of the famous personalities and celebrities such as Chino Roque (First ever Filipino Astronaut), Patrick Garcia and Family, Patty Laurel (Lifestyle and Mommy Blogger), Jackie Go (Lifestyle and Mommy Blogger), Juan Santino Santiago (Team Yey and UKG Kid Celebrity), Hannah Vito (Team Yey Celebrity), Robert Wachtel (Kid Celebrity and Model), Rochelle Barrameda (Celebrity Mom), and Isabel Alves (Bb. Paranaque 2018). 

The Robocarnival Christmas display has different spots that you will surely enjoy:  

The Giant Candy Shop- a 15ft height candy cup full of lollipops, candy canes and the like Carnival Ferris Wheel- a 18ft height Ferris wheel full of lights

The Giant Red Robot- a 20ft height robot with a special hologram room inside perfect for selfie spot

The Cute Robots and Aliens- 3D characters of aliens and robots around the centerpiece

As the festive season comes, a series of inter-galactic and awesome activities to look forward for special events will be happening:

  • On December 9, 16, & 23, catch and jam with your favorite acoustic artists and chorale groups while singing your favorite Christmas Songs. 


Every weekends of December, feast your eyes with a meteor shower in space. 

On December 8, 15, 22 & 25 at the SM Sucat Atrium A, snap a photo with the favorite guy every Christmas at his meet and greet sessions.

On November 24 and December 23 at the SM Sucat Atrium A, watch out for the invasion of cute aliens and robots mascots. 

And finally, watch out for the series of MMFF Movie Tours happening on December. 

Aside from all of these, SM City Sucat also shares with shoppers the “gift-ing” idea that aims to turn the tradition of giving and receiving more meaningful. This is an opportunity for the shoppers to give back and make a child happy through the SM Bears of Joy charity program. 



With this, SM Sucat is inviting everyone—Filipino families, excited shoppers and avid mall goers—to come at “Robocarnival” Christmas Launch.
